The tax returns from CoinTracker left me in worse shape. Their produced data was utterly erroneous; my crypto assets and capital profits were drastically off. Using the report to file taxes proved impossible. Hoping for a solution, I contacted their customer service several times but all I received was evasive answers and delays. They continued running me around instead of addressing the problem. Although most of that time was spent returning and juggling their support team, I was denied when trying to cancel my subscription since they claimed the free trial period had elapsed. I have nothing to show for it now; I am $300 out.
