Crypto.com Withdrawal Request Ignored

I am a customer of Crypto.com and have been regularly sending money without any issues. My account is active, and all necessary verifications have been completed. However, when I needed to withdraw funds (USDT) last Saturday, my account would not allow it. It keeps prompting me to contact support.
I have been writing to customer support since Saturday (today is Monday), and they keep saying they will keep me informed. They have not explained what the issue is or resolved it. In the meantime, someone asked me why I was withdrawing money and where I was sending it. Despite my explanations, the problem remains unresolved. I have tried to withdraw 50 USDT, but I can't even withdraw 30 USDT.
I advise against opening an account on this platform. If you have funds, make sure to withdraw them as soon as possible! This message is directed to the Turkey office and the general manager. Thank you.
