I Deposited to CoinDCX Three Days Ago But Funds Still Not In My Wallet

Three days ago, I sent ₹12,500 into my CoinDCX account; although the transaction displays as successful on my bank statement and UTR number is obviously apparent, the money hasn't shown up in my wallet. I immediately called CoinDCX support, giving every detail—screenshots, transaction ID, date, time—but all I have gotten are automated answers that the problem is under review. It is quite annoying that a firm claiming to be among the top cryptocurrency platforms in India cannot timelyly process basic deposit verifications. Given actual money is involved, I expected better service. How can anyone feel secure making bigger investments through CoinDCX if it takes this long only to confirm a simple deposit?
