I Can’t Withdraw Funds from Crypto.com Due to Unclear Payment Process

Crypto.com’s payment system is incredibly frustrating and poorly managed. I attempted to process a payment, but they claimed the transaction failed because I didn’t include my email in the explanation field. The funds were deducted but added back to my balance, forcing me to repeat the transaction. This cycle makes no sense.

Worse, it’s impossible to withdraw the funds on my own, as the system requires contacting live support to resolve even basic issues. This unnecessary complication wastes time and forces users to rely on support for something that should be straightforward. I need Crypto.com to fix their withdrawal process and provide a clear and simple way to complete transactions without constant delays or miscommunication.
