I Can’t Withdraw from Coinsbit Days After Changing My Password
Hello, I’m writing to report an issue I’ve been facing with Coinsbit. I changed my account password on Saturday at 8:58 PM, and now it’s Monday, yet I’m still unable to withdraw my funds. The system continues to block withdrawals due to the password change, despite the fact that well over 24 hours have passed.
According to standard policy, withdrawal restrictions after a password change should only last 24 hours, but Coinsbit has now extended this to three full days without any explanation. I’ve sent them multiple messages, but I haven’t received any response. Their support is completely unresponsive, and this delay is causing serious inconvenience.
If password changes are going to lock accounts this long, users deserve to be warned in advance. I’m asking Coinsbit to immediately lift this withdrawal restriction and explain why the 24-hour rule is not being honored.
