I purchased 688,000 PSLV tokens on Coinsbit and attempted to withdraw them to my wallet on August 30, 2024. Since then, the transaction has been stuck in a “pending” status, and the tokens have not been transferred to my address. It’s been months, and I still haven’t received my assets.

I’ve reached out to Coinsbit multiple times through the platform to resolve this issue, but no one has responded or provided a proper explanation. To make matters worse, I am now unable to even log in to the site, so I can’t check the status of my account or withdrawals.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I am demanding that Coinsbit immediately release my tokens to the wallet address I provided. If there is a technical issue or compliance review, I deserve to be informed—not ignored. I also ask for a full update and a response from customer support without further delay.
