LBank Not Crediting My 148 USDT Deposit—No Customer Support Response

I transferred 148 USDT from KuCoin to my LBank account, but even after three hours, the funds still haven’t appeared in my balance. The transaction was successfully completed on KuCoin's end, yet LBank has not processed or credited my deposit.

I tried to contact customer support, but there is no response and no way to get real assistance. This is extremely frustrating—where is my money? If a platform deals with cryptocurrency transactions, it should have proper support and faster processing times. I demand an immediate resolution and my funds to be credited.
