Codashop Charges My Card but Mobile Legends Diamonds Never Arrived
On January 1, 2026, at 8:52:06 PM, I purchased diamonds worth approximately $50 USD for the Mobile Legends Bang Bang game using my bank card through the Codashop website. I did not receive any error during the transaction, and the payment was successfully charged to my card, but several days have passed and the diamonds have not been credited to my game account.
I reported the issue to Codashop customer support by email and sent the payment receipt. In response, they told me that the payment appears as failed in their system, but since I provided proof of the charge, they forwarded the issue to their backend team and asked me to wait. I have not received any further update since that email, and the diamonds still have not been added to my account.
I request that the diamonds equivalent to the 1562 TL I paid be fully credited to my Mobile Legends account as soon as possible. I ask that this matter be resolved without unnecessary delay and that I be given clear information about the process.
