I Bought Growtopia Summer Starter Pack on Codashop but Didn’t Receive Anything

I purchased the Growtopia Summer Starter Pack through Codashop and paid in full, but the pack was never delivered to my account. I’ve submitted everything they asked for—payment receipt, screenshots, account details—yet they keep stalling and dragging the process out with pointless back-and-forth.

The support system is incredibly poor. Instead of solving the problem, they respond with generic messages like “please send this too” or “upload that as well,” wasting my time and showing no real intention of helping. It honestly feels like they’re mocking me at this point.

I paid for a service I never received, and now I’m stuck dealing with a support team that clearly isn’t taking me seriously. I’m not even hopeful about getting a refund anymore, which makes this even more frustrating.

Codashop must take accountability and either deliver the Growtopia pack I paid for or refund my ₺ immediately. I’m tired of excuses—I want action.
