I Bought Diamonds for Mobile Legends on Codashop but They Never Reached My Account

I recently purchased in-game diamonds for Mobile Legends through Codashop, and while the payment was successfully withdrawn from my account, the diamonds were never delivered to my game. Instead, the transaction status still shows “payment pending.” My order number is 7538816627846257300.

This issue is extremely frustrating because I completed the purchase process properly and expected instant delivery, as advertised. Not receiving the purchased items despite payment being processed is unacceptable, especially for a digital product that should be delivered automatically.

I have tried reaching out to support but haven’t received any meaningful help so far. I’m asking Codashop to urgently investigate this failed transaction and either deliver my diamonds or refund the full amount immediately.

I’m sharing this to raise awareness for other players who may be facing the same issue. Codashop must improve its transaction reliability and support responsiveness.
