Codashop eFootball Purchase Stuck on “Purchase Pending” Before Payment

I am writing about a problem I experienced today on the Codashop website while trying to purchase eFootball content. I selected the eFootball option and a starting pack, but the page remained stuck on “Purchase Pending” and never proceeded to the payment step. No money was withdrawn or blocked from my card or account, but I cannot complete the transaction because the system does not move beyond the pending screen. I tried today from Brazil and repeated the attempt, but the problem persists in the same way. I kindly request that this technical issue be identified and resolved so that I can successfully complete my eFootball purchase through Codashop without any further problems.
