Codashop Rejects My Card Payments for Konami eFootball Mobile

When I try to make a purchase for Konami eFootball Mobile through the Codashop website, I have been receiving a “purchase canceled” error for the past three days. Even though I have tried approximately 15 times at different times, I encounter the same error every single time.
I attempted to make the payment using both a debit card and a credit card, but none of the transactions were approved. There are also no charges or pending authorizations showing in my bank account activity. I contacted both Codashop and the relevant support teams, but no concrete solution has been provided and the issue is still ongoing.
I request that Konami and Codashop investigate this technical problem and resolve it as soon as possible, and that I be given a clear and direct response regarding the matter.
