Codashop charged twice for one order, how can I dispute duplicate payments?

If Codashop charged you twice for the same purchase, check that both deductions are the same in terms of price, date, and merchant description.

Next, look at your order history to make sure there was only one transaction that should have happened.

If this is true, you should contact Codashop through their official support request form within 30 days of the buy date.

Include your order number(s), timestamps, payment receipts, and proof of the double charge so they can look into it.

If Codashop support doesn't fix the problem or denies the charge again, you can file a claim with your bank or payment provider. Many banks let you dispute a charge up to 60 days after the date of your statement.

They can reverse the extra charge if you show them proof of the double billing and proof of your contact with Codashop.
