Codashop Charged $13 for an Unauthorized eFootball Purchase
On September 23, 2026, at around 9:06 p.m., a $13 payment was made through Codashop on iOS for the eFootball game using my Papara card. Although the eFootball account belongs to me, the purchase was made by my child without my knowledge or consent.
The payment was charged to my Papara card and appears on Codashop as a purchase of 2,700 eFootball Coins. I was not aware of the transaction when it was made, and the payment was completed without my authorization or request. The transaction details and the amount are clearly shown in both the payment confirmation email and my Papara account activity.
After discovering the transaction, I contacted Codashop through its support page and submitted a written support request. However, I am not sure whether I used the correct support channel, and so far I have not received a concrete solution. Since it is clear that this purchase was made by my child without my authorization and outside of my control, I request that the $13 payment be canceled and fully refunded.
I kindly request that the matter be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome so that my financial loss can be addressed and similar incidents can be prevented in the future.
