Codashop Charged My Bank Account Without My Authorization

Transactions were made through Codashop using my name without my knowledge or authorization, and money was withdrawn from my account. A total of 13 transactions were made at various intervals between August 23, 2026, and September 10, 2026, resulting in approximately $163 being withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi Bank account. None of these transactions were authorized or made by me.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank, canceled my card, and filed an official complaint regarding the transactions in question. Despite taking these steps, I have suffered financial loss as a result of these unauthorized purchases made through Codashop.

I request that Codashop provide a full refund of all amounts withdrawn without my knowledge or authorization. I also request that Codashop conduct a thorough investigation into how these transactions were carried out and provide me with detailed information about the findings.
