Missing Coach Bag Order Complaint
Last week, my boyfriend and I placed an order for a Coach bag, but we haven't received any SMS or updates regarding the order. Additionally, we were charged an excessive amount, and this amount was deducted twice in dollars. Despite our efforts, we haven't been able to reach any authorized personnel. Therefore, we've initiated the complaint process immediately. I encourage other customers who haven't received their orders or are facing payment issues to report their situations to the authorities.
