Coach.com Order Not Confirmed? How to Check Status and Request a Refund
Hello, I placed an order from Coach today, but my order didn’t go through. In addition, the payment hasn’t been credited back to my account. So, I ended up with no order and no refund. Please help me — I’m really upset and don’t understand why this happened.
When will my money be refunded, and why wasn’t my order processed? I’d really appreciate it if the amount could be returned to my account soon.
