My Coach Online Order Never Arrived After 2 Months

I placed an order for a bag from Coach Türkiye's online store nearly 2 months ago, but I still haven’t received it. It’s shocking that a brand as reputable as Coach would tarnish its name by allowing such poor service. I’ve waited long enough, and if this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights. Coach, please address this problem immediately and ensure that my order is delivered or issue a refund. This is unacceptable for a brand of your caliber.
