Coach Bag Order Not Delivered After 2 Months
I placed an order for a bag from the Coach online store on November 27th. The order was sent to the courier company the following day. The package was sent from the United States and reached Antalya on December 27th. But I've been keeping an eye on it ever since, and it still hasn't made its way to me.
It's been more than two months since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. The tracking code consistently displays the same location without any variation in movement or change of location. I couldn't get through to customer service even after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Make sure to keep me in the loop regarding the matter.
