I Ordered from a “Coach Outlet” Website — It Looked Real Until the Package Arrived

Hello, about a month ago I made a handbag purchase from a Coach Outlet page. However, the site turned out to be unreliable. I have suffered a loss of about $95. The tracking shows the item came from China, but many people never received their orders — what I did receive was a single, plain ring. I want to enforce my rights and be compensated for my loss.
Nobody earns this money easily; this is a deliberate victimization and it’s not fair. I will report this to the appropriate channels and I will not let this go. I demand either my loss be reimbursed or I receive more than that. Also — how can a brand like Coach allow a site like this to operate? They should step in and stop this. The site must be taken down immediately. There are many complaints and yet the site is still active.
Thankfully I didn’t buy more items, otherwise my loss would have been far greater. I’m sorry to sound strong, but $95 is not a trivial amount for some of us, and if a brand like Coach doesn’t intervene, it looks like this issue isn’t taken seriously. I want my loss covered as soon as possible — or I will escalate this matter far beyond what it is now.
