Coach Bag Order Shipping Failure

I've been waiting for nearly a month for the bag I ordered from the Coach online store, but it still hasn't arrived. I haven't gotten a refund either. I've been trying to reach customer service several times, but I haven't been able to talk to a real person. I've shot off a bunch of emails, but haven't gotten a single response.
I've also attempted to utilize the live chat feature on the Coach website, but it's consistently unavailable.
I'm feeling really frustrated and let down. I need my order delivered to me ASAP. If that's not doable, I'd appreciate a refund. I've included screenshots of my order confirmation, emails, and my attempts to reach out to customer service.
I strongly encourage you to look into this issue and take the necessary steps to safeguard consumers against delays or non-delivery of their orders, as well as ensure they receive satisfactory customer service.
