In January 2026, during crypto transactions I made through Cloudex, I suffered a total loss of $8,300 after being directed by an “investment specialist” and a “risk center representative.” I was repeatedly told that I needed to deposit new money in order to withdraw the balance shown in my account, and I was pressured into making additional deposits multiple times just to try to recover the funds already inside the platform.
Cloudex’s investment specialist and risk center representative kept requesting more money each time, giving different reasons on every occasion as a condition for allowing my balance to be withdrawn. Despite these payments, I was still unable to access my balance or withdraw my money.
During this process, I was told that I had made an incorrect transaction and that it could only be “fixed” if I deposited more money. As a result, I suffered serious financial harm. Even after paying such a large amount, I am still being harmed and the issue with my account has not been resolved.
I am requesting that Cloudex cancel these additional payment demands, refund all amounts taken from me unfairly, and provide a clear written explanation of what happened with my account—without requesting any further fees.
I also request that Cloudex conduct a detailed investigation into this entire process, review the actions and instructions given by the investment specialist and risk center representative, and refund my $8,300 loss.
