Cloudex Blocked My Account and Demanded Another Deposit to Continue
A total of $3500 of my money was blocked by a company called Cloudex Crypto because they failed to manage risk properly. Before the transaction, they assured me that any potential loss would be compensated. However, when my account was blocked, they told me I needed to deposit an additional $4000 to continue. I even asked for a detailed explanation of the issue, but all I got were vague responses. This situation feels very unfair and confusing. As an intern, I don't even earn that much in a whole year, and this has caused a lot of stress. I trusted their promises, but they have let me down. I plan to start legal proceedings and hope I can recover my money soon.
