ClassPass Overcharged Me and Blocked My Credits After Canceling Subscription

ClassPass seems to have built its system to extract every last dollar from consumers. Watch their supposedly $30 referral offer; it is deceptive. You have to keep an active subscription to use it; even then, the $30 credit can only be used toward purchasing more credits, not straight to your present credits. Furthermore, should you cancel your subscription, they forbid you from utilizing any remaining credits, which seems entirely unjust. To exacerbate the situation, my subscription was meant to renew on the first but they charged me on the 30th and subsequently changed the dates without notification. It's annoying and seems like a conscious attempt to perplex and overcharge consumers. I am sorry I signed up for this service.
