ClassPass Charged Me For Missed Classes I Did Not Miss
I was quite let down recently by ClassPass and found it to be irritating. I paid extra for a so-called "missed class," even though I showed up for all of my scheduled classes. When I contacted customer support to contest the charge, they discounted my worries and advised me to email the matter straight forwardly. But there was no customer support email; all ClassPass emails I got came from no-response accounts. This left me without obvious means of handling the matter or clearing the unfair charge. Unacceptable lack of openness and responsibility makes me rethink my membership now. ClassPass must offer easily available help to correct these deceptive behaviors.
