ClassPass Charged Me After I Canceled and Support Is Hard to Reach

Right now, ClassPass irritates me much beyond mildly. Thought it had been handled effectively, I followed all the instructions on the app to stop my subscription well before the renewal date. Imagine my amazement when my subscription was still valid even though I was charged for another month one week after my intended renewal date. After double-checking my account, I saw that the cancelation procedure had been followed, so how did this come about? Seeking assistance has been a headache; the automated answers are utterly useless and there is no obvious path to a real person. Given a service with premium rates, I expected far better client service. This whole encounter has been a headache I did not sign up for.
