My Clash of Clans account has been inaccessible for about a month. On my Android device, I’m trying to log into my Town Hall 14 account named “s***” (#QU9L0Y**), which is linked to Play Games. However, even when I select “Yes” to the prompt asking if I want to log into the TH14 account, it keeps requesting my email again, and no verification code is sent to my Gmail. I have full access to my linked email address “b**@gmail.com.” I also tried logging in from different devices, but the issue persists. I contacted the Supercell support team, and they first said there was suspicious activity on my account. Then they asked for my account details (name, player ID, and Town Hall level), which I provided completely. Although they said, “We’re experiencing high volume and will respond as soon as possible,” I haven’t received any reply since October 9, 2025. I only made one purchase on this account, so I don’t have a receipt, but I request that my account be restored and that the support team respond more quickly. I first accessed my account from a Turbox computer. I’d also like to note that my account’s TP is 153 and that it was likely created between January and April 2022. I kindly ask for an urgent resolution to this issue.
