My Clash of Clans account has been inaccessible for about a month. On my Android device, I’ve been trying to log into my Town Hall 14 account named “s*”** (Player Tag: #QU9L0Y*), which is linked to Google Play Games. When I open the game, it asks, “Do you want to load the TH14 account?” — but even after confirming, it keeps asking for my email address again. The verification code never arrives, even though my registered Gmail account ([email protected]) is active and working perfectly.
I’ve tried logging in from different devices, but the problem persists. I contacted the Supercell support team, and at first, they said there was suspicious activity on my account. They requested my player name, ID, and Town Hall level, all of which I provided correctly. They replied that there was “high volume” and that they would get back to me soon — but I’ve been waiting since October 9, 2025, and there has been no update.
I only made one in-game purchase, so I don’t have a payment receipt. However, I’m requesting that my account be restored immediately and that Supercell Support respond more promptly to my case. I first logged into this account from a Turbox computer, and my account’s TP is 153, created approximately between January and April 2022.
I’m urgently asking Supercell to reactivate my Clash of Clans account and resolve this issue without further delay.
