Clash of Clans deleted my village after reinstalling, how can I recover my old base?

First, sign in with the Supercell ID, Apple Game Center (iOS), or Google Play Games account you used before the reinstallation.

Open Clash of Clans, go to Settings, and then join in with your Supercell ID. If you can't get to the email, use Supercell's "I've lost access to my account" flow to prove your identity and change your email.

If you can't log in or never linked the village, you should call Supercell. In-game, go to Settings > Help & Support > "Contact Us." You can also use the web form to get in touch.

To speed up the recovery process, you should show proof of your player tag, Town Hall level, clan name, device model, estimated creation date, and any receipts you have for in-app purchases.
