Zara Sent Wrong Size and Damaged Pants in Online Order
I first ordered a size L pair of pants from Zara’s website, but the item was too large. Since the holiday period started, I couldn’t complete the return right away. In the meantime, I decided to order the same pants in size M, hoping they would fit.
However, in my new order delivered to my address in Bursa on March 25, 2026, I was sent a size S instead. In addition, one side of the product was missing a string, and the satin portion was significantly torn and defective. In other words, not only was the wrong size sent, but the item was also shipped in a damaged condition without proper inspection.
I will, of course, return the item to one of the Zara stores in Bursa; however, since I expect everyone to do their job properly, I wanted to report this issue here as well. My order number is 5420*****99. I request that size and product checks for online orders be handled more carefully, that quality control processes be improved, and that customers be properly informed about these issues.
