Zara Pants Developed Pilling After One Use—Requesting Refund

About a month ago, I purchased a pair of pants from the Zara Sur Yapı store. Even though I only wore the item once, it developed significant pilling. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product that was just purchased.

I have not yet contacted the store or customer service regarding this issue. Due to the product deteriorating so quickly after a single use, I request that the item be inspected with my bank statement and that a refund be issued.

I ask that this quality issue be reviewed as soon as possible and that I receive a response.
