I can't access my Clash of Clans account. Last year, I received a notification on Gmail that my Supercell ID connection was disconnected, and since then, I haven't been able to log in to my account. I’ve tried multiple times to recover my account, but I keep getting blocked without any explanation. I know all the account details accurately, yet I’m still being locked out without a proper verification process.
Why am I being blocked without any questions or an opportunity to verify my identity?
