Zara Has Not Issued My Refund After 16 Days for Returned Items

I purchased perfume and underwear from Zara’s online store. I returned the items, but even after 16 days, no refund has been issued to my credit card. I see no progress regarding the refund of my $63 payment.

Although I contacted Zara customer service about this issue, I have not received any response. I was given no information about the process, nor was the reason for the delay explained.

To resolve this issue, I request that the $63 payment be refunded to my credit card immediately and that I receive a clear explanation as to why this process has taken so long.
