ClarityCheck Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

My name is Andrea Padova**, and I am writing regarding an issue with a payment made on your platform ClarityCheck.com.eu. I am in Italy, and I had a subscription with you, which I cancelled on 12/05/2025, but a payment of 29.99 euros was nevertheless processed around that time via my debit card. The payment took place just a few minutes before I started writing this complaint, and I did not receive any clear information about it. Since I cancelled the subscription on 12/05/2025, I do not accept this charge, and I am also concerned that it might be related to a phishing or unauthorized transaction, as the situation is unclear. I kindly request the full refund of the 29.99 euros that was charged and confirmation that my subscription is cancelled and that no further amounts will be taken from my card. I expect this situation to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that I am informed in writing about the result and the refund process.
