On August 24 and August 31, a total of about ₺2000 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge through the website claritycheck.com. Each time, ₺634 was charged. When I first saw the application, it displayed a trial price of ₺36, but much higher amounts were taken from my account without my consent. I did not see any warning or agreement indicating that a membership or subscription would be initiated.
I made the payments through my bank account, and when I logged into the site, I had difficulty understanding it because it was in English. With someone else’s help, I managed to cancel the membership, but I am still uneasy about the situation.
These transactions were carried out entirely without my authorization. I request a full refund of all withdrawn amounts and the complete cancellation of my membership.
