New Citroën C3 Aircross Brake Failure at 400 km – Refund Requested
I purchased my Citroën C3 Aircross as a brand-new vehicle on February 12, and at just 400 kilometers, it experienced a brake failure on February 22. Experiencing a failure in such a critical safety system so early on has caused serious concern and disappointment, especially as a new car owner. The vehicle is still at the service center.
On March 2, I delivered the car to the authorized Mar service center in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul. Since that day, I have not received any clear or definitive updates. About 10 days later, I was told that the issue had supposedly been identified and that they had been waiting for a part or reference for 10 days, yet no concrete progress has been made during this time.
Even after involving two senior-level representatives, no progress has been achieved. The vehicle is still in limbo, and I remain in a state of uncertainty. It is unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle to suffer a brake failure in such a short time and then remain unresolved for weeks.
For this reason, I request to return the vehicle and receive a full refund of the amount I paid. I ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear and written response regarding this process.
