Citroen Jumpy 2025 Sliding Door Safety Issue And Missing Interior Release

I would like to report a serious safety issue with my 2025 model Citroen Jumpy automatic, which I purchased in October 2025. The sliding door of the vehicle does not have an interior release mechanism, and once the door is closed, it cannot be opened from the inside in any way. This situation poses a direct life-threatening risk for passengers who may be trapped inside during an emergency. When I reported the issue to the dealership and Citroen, I was informed that the factory had recently decided to remove this mechanism. I do not find it acceptable that such an essential safety feature has been eliminated. I request that this interior opening mechanism—an equipment I believe is necessary for passenger safety—be added to my vehicle at no cost, along with any required modifications. I find it difficult to understand how an accessory that existed in the 2017 model could be deemed unnecessary and removed in a 2025 production vehicle. Photos comparing the parts are attached.
