I purchased a Citroen Berlingo Shine Bold XTR, advertised as fully equipped, with 17,500 km on it, 1.5 months ago. When checking the current market, I noticed that all 2023 models come with keyless entry and start, even 2021 models, but my supposedly fully equipped vehicle lacks this feature! It also lacks front parking sensors and blind-spot warning systems. I intend to appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Board about this, but I'm writing here in hopes of a solution before filing. I was already disappointed due to uncomfortable seats, and this issue has sealed my dissatisfaction. The front seat frames are uncomfortable; despite multiple complaints to the service center, I received no resolution. The authorized service representative even suggested I get extra padding for the seats from an upholsterer for my 2023 model vehicle. From a reputable company like Citroen, I expect my issues to be resolved.
