Citroen Jumpy Adblue And Engine Failure

For the past three times, warnings for an engine malfunction and AdBlue have flashed on the display of my Citroen Jumpy. My vehicle had to be towed to the service center the first time, but when the same problem occurred again, they told me to drive it there myself. They did nothing more than restart the system before dismissing me without addressing the underlying problem. Even if I have to go back ten times, they insist on not replacing any parts until I receive a specific warning. They say this despite the fact that they claim no parts need to be replaced. Because this issue is not the result of user error, I demand an immediate and error-free resolution. It is time for Citroen to take the initiative!
