Assuming they do read this, my message to Citroen is loud and clear. I recently acquired a Citroen car, and what should have been a smooth process turned into a nightmarish ordeal. The car was swiftly transported from the port of France to Kocaeli, Turkey, with customs procedures and software operations completed. However, bafflingly, it has now been a staggering 22 days, and my car is supposedly languishing in your logistics warehouse, with no movement in sight. Your logistics team's responses are disappointing and disheartening. Is there no quality control in place? It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism. Holding people's cars hostage is unacceptable. My faith in the competence of a company that can't even manage proper delivery is dwindling. I'm growing skeptical about the car's overall quality. It's very likely that I'll put it up for sale as soon as it arrives.
