Brand New Citroen C5 Delivery Problem
I purchased a Citroen C5 in 2023 on August 10th, and the Sales Manager assured me that I would receive my car within 15 days. However, Citroen Ata/Ankara in Turkey has not delivered my car as promised. I contacted their client service multiple times, and they informed me that my car was transported to Ankara on September 1st, 2024. However, I remain adamant that my car has not been transported because it has not arrived. Despite my persistent calls to both Citroen representatives, I have not received any concrete resolution to this issue. It seems like my car may have been lost somewhere in the process. I'm deeply frustrated and concerned about the situation, as I've been eagerly waiting for my car. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance in resolving this matter and finally receiving my Citroen C5.
