Citroen C3 Aircross Shine Sunroof Problem
On Wednesday, July 3rd, I took my 2022 Citroen C3 Aircross Shine (still under warranty) to Arkas Citroen in Gaziemir, Izmir, because the sunroof wasn't working. They said the sunroof motor needed replacement, which they did under warranty. However, the problem persisted. Then they claimed the motor was fine, but there was an issue with the electrical wiring causing the fuse to blow. I had taken the car in for the same problem about two months ago, and they replaced the fuse then, but it didn't solve the issue. My car has been at the service center for 9 days now. They haven't offered a courtesy car or any other solution. As of July 11th, I was told there's a problem with the main electrical wiring, which isn't covered under warranty because apparently, a cat chewed through it. It's truly disappointing to see a reputable company like Citroen put themselves in such a ridiculous situation.
