We received our Citroen C4X at the end of July 2023, and our family took a road trip from Istanbul to Izmir over the long weekend around August 30th. It was our first long trip in the vehicle. When we returned home in early September, however, we noticed something unusual: the car's lower rear bumper spoiler was missing. We didn't encounter any significant bumps or steep inclines on the road during our journey, and it's important to note that the Istanbul-Izmir highway is considered cutting-edge. The fact that the spoiler on a one-month-old car fell off is perplexing. We expect Citroen to address this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
