Citroen Sold Me a Spacetourer Without the Blind Spot Warning System
On October 8, 2024, I purchased a brand new Spacetourer from the Can Otomotiv/Ümraniye Citroen dealership. Upon receiving the vehicle, I quickly realized that the "blind spot warning system," which was listed as one of the features, was missing. I immediately informed the sales representative on the same day, and they reported the issue to the relevant authorities. However, I have yet to receive any response. This has led me to worry that there may be other missing features that are not as easily noticeable. Unfortunately, this negative experience has made me question my trust in the brand. This is my fourth Citroen vehicle, but given the circumstances, it will likely be my last. I have learned that it is essential to bring an expert when accepting a new vehicle.
