Parts for the Citroen C5 Aircross Are In Short Supply

I purchased my C5 Aircross in January 2023, and the VIN is VR7A45GFSNL052798. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident on October 2, 2023, and my car has been waiting for repairs at a Citroen-authorized service center since then. They mentioned that some spare parts were supposed to arrive from France, but they still have not arrived. My car has been in for repairs for four months. Currently, they have provided me with a substitute vehicle, but it is on loan and cannot be used in the same way that my own car can. This situation has also prevented me from visiting my family in another city. I loved my Citroen and believed in the brand, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I've been a long-time Citroen customer, having previously owned a Grand Picasso. However, given the lack of responsiveness and a solution-oriented approach, I am reconsidering my loyalty to Citroen and other PSA group vehicles. They have lost my trust, and I will not recommend them to anyone in my circle. Citroen, you have let me down, and I doubt I will ever consider purchasing another PSA Group vehicle.

It's been 110 days and the statements made are the same. France's stock is expected!

It's been 110 days and The explanation is still the same "We are waiting the French stocks"

I have been waiting for 126 days. I am only called by Citroen Turkey every week, and they say they are waiting for stock from France for the part. I also reported the same situation to #Aksigorta and requested them to reconsider the total loss, but instead of calling me, they just sent me an SMS saying, "Hello, there is no total loss status for the vehicle. Best regards."
