Citroen C4X Repair Delays Caused by Shortage of Replacement Parts





I had an accident with my Citroen C4X on March 1, 2024. Since then, I've been waiting for replacement parts, and even after four months, they still haven't arrived. Initially, I was informed that the part had arrived but was incorrect and had to be reordered. Later, I was told the parts would be delivered in July. My car requires the replacement of two airbags, the hood, and the dashboard. The fact that the parts have not arrived and the car is not considered totaled is a major issue.
Without a clear repair completion date, I have not been provided with a replacement vehicle. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and my complaints with this company are numerous. Additionally, my vehicle is adapted for disabled use, which adds to the urgency of resolving this issue.

As of today, the news I received is that the seatbelt has not been supplied and the part has not been produced yet. I am now initiating the legal process.
