my Citroen e C4 2022 model 2600 km car has been waiting at the service depot for 45 days for authorized service to take the battery replacement decision and make it due to a charging failure, and as of today, it is still unclear when it will be done due to lack of spare parts stocks. According to Consumer Rights and vehicle warranty conditions, although I have requested exchange or refund with a vehicle of precedent value 2 times due to the fact that the repair period exceeds the legal period, there has been no return related to the vehicle.
