Chronic Steering Wheel Peeling Issue in My 2012 Citroen C3

I have a 2012 Citroen C3 and have had a problem with the steering wheel peeling for a long time. I've tried many things to fix this problem, but nothing seems to work. I know that my car is no longer under warranty, but it looks like this problem is common in this series. I think Citroen knows about this problem, and I'd like them to replace the steering wheel for free under the warranty. Even though I take good care of my car, it's frustrating to see the steering wheel get worse, and it's affecting how I drive as a whole. Citroen should take care of this ongoing problem and find a solution for owners like me who are having trouble.
