Unauthorized Payment Deducted From Hong Kong Quxin, Request Full Refund
On July 27, 2026 at 21:43, an amount of 120 THB was deducted from my TrueMoney wallet for a payment to Quxin described as “IQ Test” without my consent or authorization. I only became aware of this when I checked my TrueMoney transaction history and saw the deduction. I did not approve this transaction, did not knowingly purchase any such service from Quxin, and did not give permission for this payment to be taken from my TrueMoney wallet. This situation has caused both financial loss and concern about the security of my account. I request that the 120 THB deducted without my consent be fully refunded to my TrueMoney wallet and that my account and any related services be reviewed so that such unauthorized deductions do not occur again. I also request a clear written explanation of how this transaction was carried out without my approval.
