I'm requesting the resolution of unresolved problems with my 2018 Citroen Berlingo. These issues occurred during the war...ranty period and are documented in service records. I had two main problems: There's a recurring noise and steering wheel stiffness when turning. There's an ongoing rattling noise
"They are reloading the voucher I used. So much time has passed, and there are no proper bags left in the spring-summer season. I requested that it be valid in the autumn-winter season as well, so I could comfortably shop among 3-5 options. Despite my insistence, it was not accepted. I will seek my rights through legal means. If they are selling products that are not in stock, they need to face the consequences. Unfortunately, in recent years, Beymen's customer service has not been able to provide solutions. This way, they are mocking their 30-year customers."
